Loving Our Exterior Selections

We stopped by the house yesterday and a lot of work has taken place!  The interior has been painted, the cabinets are in the kitchen and baths, and all the doors have been installed!  The staircase railings are in and look great.  I love the look.  The exterior siding is getting installed.  The combination of Graphite Gray and Natural Almond is very pretty.  I can't wait to see it all installed with the Autumn Ledgestone.
Exterior is a work in progress.  Graphite Gray siding on the sides and back of house is complete.
Very nice garage door.  The door for our elevation has curved glass at the top and more carriage hardware.  See next pic. My husband thinks there may be a piece of white vinyl that snaps over the glass to give it the curved look.

View from the front door.  The home to the left is a Courtland Gate.  They should be closing very soon.  I believe that the home to the right of the CG is a Ravenna.

  1. Love your house! It's coming together beautifully! I especially love the gray siding. Our siding color is called granite gray, but I haven't found anyone with it. I'm hoping the graphite gray that you have is close to it because i love it! :) And your garage door is beautiful! Love it! So excited for you.

  2. Thank you! Our gray is a medium shade. In person, it isn't light or dark. I really like it. I've never heard of granite gray. Can't wait to see it!

  4. It's looking awesome! We had our pre-drywall meeting a couple weeks ago and I know we do not have any scheduled visits until the final walk through but; have you just stopped by or did you have to call and schedule? We would like to take some more progress pics but we aren't sure if they are okay with drop ins. Thanks!

  5. Thanks! We went into the house a couple of times without asking. One time the front door was wide open and there was no garage, so anyone could go in. We couldn't resist. This weekend, we called our PM and asked if we could stop by. He wasn't on-site, but was okay with us taking a look around the house. The week of drywall install our PM didn't want us in the house. Other than that, we haven't had any issues getting to see it.
